GRAPES VARIETIES Grenache 85% Mourvèdre 10% Syrah 5% WINEMAKING Manual harvest, partially destemmed. Maceration approx. 2 weeks. Fully matured in vats on fine lees before bottling (unfiltered). TASTING NOTES This wine has an elegant ruby-purple colour. Its nose reveals aromas of black currant and cherry fruit. The palate is well-balanced with full tannins and notes of black-fruits and liquorice. Great pairing with Mediterranean dishes, white meats, mildly-spiced foods (e.g. paella or curry) and red meats.
